Shipping Options

CSA offers the following shipping options at checkout or by request:

Option 1 — Standard Shipping (Default)

  • Goods are shipped uninsured

  • Most cost-effective option

  • Suitable for standard parts and equipment

⚠️ Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch


Option 2 — Insured Shipping (Optional)

  • Shipping insurance must be requested at the time of order

  • Additional cost applies

  • CSA will assist with claims in the event of transit damage or loss

  • Subject to courier or freight provider terms


Option 3 — Customer-Arranged Freight

  • Customer may arrange their own courier or freight provider

  • Goods will be made available for collection

  • CSA accepts no liability once goods are collected or dispatched


Insurance

All goods are shipped uninsured by default.

If insurance is required:

  • It must be requested prior to dispatch

  • Insurance costs will be quoted separately

  • Uninsured shipments remain the customer’s responsibility

CSA is not liable for loss or damage in transit where insurance has not been requested and approved.


Risk & Title

  • Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch from CSA’s premises

  • Title passes once payment is received in full


Inspection on Delivery (24 Hours)

All deliveries must be inspected within 24 hours of receipt.

Issues relating to:

  • Transit damage

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect items

must be reported within 24 hours, supported by photos where applicable.

Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.


Damaged or Lost Goods

  • Uninsured shipments: CSA is not liable for transit loss or damage

  • Insured shipments: CSA will assist with claim lodgement, subject to carrier approval

CSA does not guarantee claim outcomes, as these are determined by the freight provider.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are:

  • Calculated at checkout, or

  • Quoted separately for oversized, heavy, or palletised goods

CSA reserves the right to adjust shipping charges if actual freight costs vary.


Delivery Delays

CSA is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Freight or courier providers

  • Weather or force majeure events

  • Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer


Authority to Leave

If authority to leave is provided:

  • Delivery is deemed complete once left at the nominated location

  • CSA is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery


International Shipping

International shipping is available by arrangement only.

  • Duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • CSA is not responsible for customs delays or clearance issues
